Nail Polish! The topic of the new writing project Olivia and I have started :) Here’s a snippet of my piece so far:

“What is going on?” Muttering to herself had become more and more of a habit the longer she lived alone, one that had caused her a fair share of embarrassment when in public places. Just last week at the grocery store she had stood debating with herself the merits of 1% milk verses 2% milk when she realized she had the audience of two elderly women who shot askance looks at her as they waited for her to vacate the spot in front of the fogged glass doors. Yes, talking to herself was a dangerous thing.
